Central Park is a US$250m multi purpose development in Jakarta for the Agung Podomoro Group – one of Indonesia’s largest property developers. The shopping centre, office building and apartments are now fully operational and the fit-out of the 5 star Pullman hotel should be completed by the end of 2011.
