Description

As part of a refurbishment of the Science building at Deakin University, Waurn Ponds, the Metabolic Research Unit (MRU) & Chem Genex Pharmaceuticals were relocated within the university’s campus to Building 46, an existing warehouse purpose built as a wool sorting school for the Geelong Fibre Centre.

Building 46 was totally refurbished internally and extended by 250m2 to provide first-rate flexible space for offices and research laboratories.
