Description

This 3 storey building accommodates the relocation of textile facilities from Pascoe Vale to the RMIT Dawson Street / Brunswick Campus.

The environmentally responsive facade incorporates passive solar temperature control through a double skin facade and as a result the building is only partially air conditioned.

Services

Wilde and Woollard provided full cost management services from conception through to completion including the preparation of provisional and subsequent re-measured bills of quantities. Numerous costing feasibilities were also prepared to support the environmentally responsive design solutions.
