Description

The Swanston Academic Building is a 12 storey Iconic CBD building project with a total floor area of 35,800 m2 and has achieved a 5 Star Greenstar rating (Design). The building was designed for the University’s Faculty of Business and includes six 180 – 350 seat tiered lecture theatres, a commercial standard Cinema, flat floor teaching spaces, open and enclosed staff and student office accommodation, retail tenancies and outlets and eleven two storey themed Indoor/Outdoor student commons spaces.
